With us you get a standard 2 year warranty on the entire hearing aid. The warranty does not apply to repairs caused by damage caused by the customer. This includes: use of the hearing aid in swimming pool, sauna and other humid areas. The warranty is also void if the customer has the hearing aid repaired elsewhere. If applicable, the repair costs will be discussed with you in advance.

 

The warranty period starts the moment you sign the purchase agreement.
